The Diary of Robert Fulke Greville |
F. McNko Bladon (ed) 1930. The Diaries of Colonel The Hon. Robert Fulke Greville, Equerry to His Majesty George III. John Lane The Bodley Head, London. The diaries give remarkable insight into the illness and recovery of King George III from porphyria. They also record the King's 1794 season at Weymouth in a wealth of detail. The scanning of the above text is imperfect. It was done for my writing but it seems sensible to make it available to others, even though I do not have the time to check the detail. The spelling is often bad; that is not the scanning — that's Greville! |
