Huntington Library: STO O'Conor Documents

The Huntington Library holds an extensive set of correspondence and other documents relating to Dr Charles O'Conor, a controversial Catholic priest and librarian at Stowe. The full list of respondents is held on card index at the Huntington. The following is based on my selective notes and is not intended to be comprehensive.

There 1444+ documents stored in folders in 28 boxes; usually one document per folder. The folders are numbered STO 1 to STO n, in alphabetic order of author name. The folders are however stored in the boxes in date order.
