William Cleaver
Cleaver was tutor to Nugent Buckingham who appointed him Rector of Foscot, Buckinghamshire then Rector of Finmere, Oxfordshire. He was President of Brasenose College at the period that Richard Temple (the future first Duke) studied there. In the House of Lords, he was a Grenvillite.
